  I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget on 05/17/2026, ate 10 and got food poisoning, threw away the other 10. My stomach was hurting all night and I woke up multiple times with sore limbs from the food poisoning. I definitely will not be ordering from this location anymore.

  Ablazed an order on the app in the parking lot. When I rolled up to the speaker, they told me, they could no longer serve breakfast. Very rude about it?I think i'm done with mcdonald's burger, king and wendy's.It is

  I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience here. One employee, Ricardo, went out of his way to help us—he even offered to pay for water cups out of his own paycheck, which says a lot about his character and how he treats customers. He was respectful, helpful, and honestly the only bright spot in the entire visit. Unfortunately, the management completely ruined the experience. After Ricardo paid for the cups, the manager, Robin, told us we weren’t allowed to fill them with soda, which was confusing and felt unfair given the situation. The way this was handled came off as unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. What made things worse was hearing the manager make an extremely inappropriate comment about tampering with customers’ food. Even if said as a joke, that’s not something that should ever be said in a food service environment—it’s disturbing and unacceptable. On top of that, we were told to leave under the threat of calling the police, even though the situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully. The overall atmosphere felt hostile rather than welcoming. To make matters worse, the food itself was not good—the texture was soggy and didn’t meet basic expectations. Ricardo clearly cares about customers and deserves recognition for his effort and attitude. Management, on the other hand, seriously needs to improve professionalism, communication, and basic standards of conduct. I hope this is taken seriously because this experience was far below what anyone should expect.
