The amount of meat in the sandwich was so little, that the folded thickness was thinner than a slice of Kraft American cheese. You could literally see through one of the slices it was so thin you could see through it. I asked for mayo on it and once again the portion was so small it was like a hint of mayo. I had a bread sandwich. Am expensive bread sandwich. There are way better options around. Weekday

And she gave me no answers, she didn't even sound one bit like she even cared , that I was asking the question, and my only question was, what's it gonna take to get extra on a sandwich? I order the number sevenI order it with extra hot peppers. Any other Jimmy John's I go to. They always put extra. this particular. Jimmy John's never does, and so I just called and wanted to know, hey, what do I need to do to get you to put extra hot pepper on my sandwich.

I even loved the service so much that I even told him how awesome they were doing. Not to mention that their speed is amazing. This is the reason I am a regular for this place as I work in customer service myself.
