  Ordered online for pickup and was parked in the roundabout right next to it. Drove up after placing my order and they pretty much had it ready on the spot. The sandwich was cut in half like I asked I know we have all experienced requesting it and it not being cut so I figured I'd state that they indeed did cut mine like requested. Over all the sandwich was a solid 8 and staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location.

  Order was completely wrong. My wife didn't want me to cause a scene and go back after we left the drive-thru, though.

  I was pretty disappointed in my visit here. My son and I normally love getting Jimmy John's as it has good veggie options and they were typically fresh. This time we ordered ahead and went through the drive through to get it. There was a little wait but no biggie. When they gave us our sandwiches I asked for a cup of water too as we had a long drive ahead of us and my bottle was almost empty. The employee told me it would cost .26 cents. I was surprised as I've gotten water at Jimmy John's before and it's never cost anything. I asked if they could fill up my water bottle instead and the employee said no. I was unhappy as I didn't have .26 cents on me and had to drive home thirsty, but figured it was just a rule that came down from corporate. When we opened our sammies they were falling apart and sloppily made with guac all over the outside of the bread. There were also no napkins in the bag. Thankfully I had extra in the car and we made do. When I got back to my neck of the woods I checked in at my local JJ'S our of curiosity (and to get a sandwich) they aren't charging for water. Frustrating.

  Even with a slightly complicated order, Jimmy John’s nailed it. The staff was friendly and on top of things, the ingredients were fresh, and everything came out exactly right. Great customer service, great sandwiches, and a reminder that doing the simple things well still counts for a lot.

  Jimmy John’s is what happens when speed, flavor, and genuinely great customer service decide to team up. The bread has attitude, the fillings don’t mess around, and the staff moves with the confidence of people who know your lunch matters. Simple, fast, and unapologetically satisfying. Thank you!!!
