And oh my was he right. My friend had been to a fazoli when she was younger. She got the 7.99 deal. Her meal was just as good. The garlic bread sticks were very good. Just know they are very soft so anyone can eat them. If you dip them in Alfredo sauce they can get a bit salty. Their sweet tea is not as sweet as McDonald's but still a decent amount of sweet. Kind of a good thing they are not closer to us. Would be fatter.

- CSChristina SwensonJul 27, 20261.0Used the restroom first, garbage was overflowing with an open diaper on top, two of the three toilets weren't flushed. I decided to flush one to use. Took me 5 tries to get it to flush down. Finally figured out you have to pull up and push down multiple times for it to function correctly. The doors both the entrance and the double doors super dirty which I didnt fully see until we left. Got in, wonderful lady who waited on us, the staff overall nice that we interacted with which was the gal at checkout and lady cleaning tables. We got our food, we ordered two ultimate platters and a chicken Alfredo so spent almost $50. Both ultimate platters were lukewarm, not even hot. The only thing hot about the platters was the oven baked lasagna. While we were waiting we tried to get drinks, soda totally flat and they were completely out of ice in both machines. The worker was nice to grab us some ice from drive thru, which later she was also the one filling the ice. She was quite the hard worker there. So we opted for lemonade be cause by this time we are here and ordered. Overall though, highly disappointed with the sharp decline, I understand with the workforce being very selective and hard to find good ones but the food wouldn't of passed a temp check for sure. Will not be returning and wish we could have just spoken up about the food. TBH we have once and they were less than desirable and who knows what they will do to the replacement food now days.
