  The lady working the drive thru tonight when I ordered was the absolute best!!!! I've been trying to get a chicken strip basket with gravy after work 8 or 9 different times and was always told they were out. When in all reality they had just already put it away. She made sure I got my gravy with my chicken and im beyond thankful! Thank you miss for your awesome customer service. You deserve a raise!

  We went to support my child's school last night, and was shocked at the employee behavior. Swearing, yelling out orders, calling customers names. The kids were scared, the parents didn't know what to do. It is too bad for this to happen any day, but especially when there is a school fundraiser happening. An embarrassing representation of DQ and the owner.

  Employees swore at a customer while at this location. As a former fast food employee you should never swear at a customer whether they are right or wrong.

  Came in today after my sons 1st grade concert (it was busy of course it was lunch and 1st graders from Altoona got out early) there was only 3 people working the floor/kitchen it was chaotic and they were stressed but they all had great attitudes and hopeful for a better afternoon you'll killed it today!

  When I came there I got my food and waited 20 minutes, a bit a bunch of girls surrounded my boyfriend to get his number! We then tried to ask for an extra bag, twice! To double bag our items, which we told the employees and we never got it! The employees must be slobs, by how many times we asked for help on our order! Then my food fell onto the ground and I was offered no help and told to clean it myself! Even, though I told them about it! Never coming back and don’t get dinner tonight! No thanks to the employees working tonight!
