  DO NOT EAT HERE. These incompetent baffons served my pregnant wife RAW CHICKEN. When I call to complain I cant even get through to the store. You had better pray she doesnt get sick and have any complications with her pregnancy. I have filed a formal complaint with the health department of Eau Claire and I will be following up with the in the morning.

  They never give you your drink cup if you place a mobile order so you either have to wait forever in line to ask for it or just cut your losses. Yea it’s only $3 but it starts to add up when it happens every time.

  This location is the reason I will not be returning to Chipotle. The employee behind the counter worked extremely slow and was clearly intoxicated. Then he charged me for extra meat even though he scrapped the bottom of the hotel pan just to get 3/4 of a scoop.

  To be completely honest food is always bad the rice is always dryer than granny snatch and the steak is over cooked or highly inconsistent most the time everything about the place is inconsistent. Always messy too I’ve almost walked out a few times in the middle of ordering food due to the halfassed scoops of meat and absolute disgusting prep tables they almost always look like a nuke hit them. Both the chipotle in Eau Claire are by far the WORST I’ve been to in my life.

  7pm on a Wednesday, out of the following things: steak, al pastor, chicken, queso, fajita veggies, hot salsa and half the soda on their machine. Two ladies checking people out had their backs turned, looked at you annoyed when you finally got their attention. "Is that all *sigh*" each thing you added was an additional *sigh* as loud as humanly possible. The guys on the line were super nice and just as confused on why the cooks weren't cooking more meat as everyone else. Love me some Chipotle but gosh they have let me down tonight.
