  Always a smile along with the bestest brew! And today my granddoggy had a treat of a pup cup! He loved it, thanks! He doesn't usually get a treat at drive-thru places.

  Worst 7 brew ever, don't come here! Their speed of service is atrocious, and I'm not the only one who says so, many others I know say the same. They aren't attentive to the guests and yap with eachother. Never coming here again. (If you want an alternative, go to the other one nearby!)

  Extremely Poor Customer Service I am writing to submit an official complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience I had at 7 Brew. After attending a funeral, we stopped at 7 Brew, intending to order just as we normally do. We got into the drive-thru line the same way we have every other time we have visited. Shortly after getting in line, a woman wearing a 7 Brew shirt came outside and began yelling at us, telling us that we needed to get out of the line and go to the back because we had not entered the line “correctly.” The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Rather than politely explaining where we were supposed to go or simply redirecting us, she approached us in an extremely rude and confrontational manner. She was not willing to provide even the basic level of courtesy or customer service that I would expect from any business. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the person directly in front of us had entered the line in the exact same manner that we did, yet this employee did not give that customer any problems. It felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. We were already dealing with the emotions of attending a funeral, and the last thing we expected was to be yelled at and treated disrespectfully when simply trying to get a coffee. We will not be returning to 7 Brew because of this experience. 7 Brew promotes the idea of “cultivating kindness.” Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing kind about the way we were treated. If customers have to wonder whether they are going to be yelled at or embarrassed simply for getting into a drive-thru line, then I would encourage them to spend their money somewhere else. I am extremely frustrated that an employee representing your company felt it was appropriate to speak to customers this way. There is a significant difference between correcting a customer and disrespecting a customer. If there was a specific way we were supposed to enter the line, that could have been communicated politely and professionally. I strongly believe employees who interact directly with customers should be held to a standard of professionalism and kindness that reflects the values the company claims to promote. Based on this interaction, I do not feel this employee represented 7 Brew appropriately and I believe this incident warrants management review and follow-up. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, because customers should not have to tolerate being yelled at or treated disrespectfully when visiting your establishment. Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

  The Gateway Drive location in Eau Claire is a scourge on the entire shopping area. Lines of cars are regularly obstructing driveways and routes to other businesses. Some promotion for a free fidget toy on Labor Day had caused traffic going both directions to become backed up for 30+ minutes, along with people running into oncoming traffic from across the street to wait in line. This is simply unacceptable, and you never should have opened this location if you had no way to manage the severe and persistent traffic congestion you're causing.
