  Took well over a half hour to get a sub after ordering. Will not make that mistake again.

  It’s a simple sandwich. Just asked for it to be cut in half and for extra sauce. Neither, and the guy giving me my sandwich didn’t offer a bag or napkins. I asked for a bag and he just handed me a closed one with the most strung out attitude. The lady at the counter was polite though.

  Decided to stop on in after sending out a package. Got a simple sub, it was beyond messy but the best sandwich I've had in some time. Their prices are so much better compared to Subway which they just feel like a scam from what they used to be.

  I always order extra on all the veggies and at other places I get the normal amount. Here, my unwich came out big as a baby. Yay extras!

  This was probably my worst experience here and I don’t come to jimmy johns very often. I repeated my order 3 times to the girl at the counter, and she still missed a sandwich. Couldn’t remember anything I told her unfortunately. Not friendly at all, no smiles or anything. Couple of guest ahead of me experienced the same thing. They were not fast. I get it you can be backed up but this overall experience just sucked.
