  My wife waited for over a half hour for 2 simple sandwiches today. Are you kidding me? JJ's claims to be 'freaky fast' but have only gotten slower and slower over the years. Figure it out.

  I’m not sure what changed with this particular store as I previously did not have issues. However, I have ordered from them twice now and both times my order took over 2 hours to deliver. This last time I called for an ETA and they said they had no drivers. If you don’t have drivers, why continue taking orders? Both times my sandwich wasn’t correct either. The previous time I placed a review on Jimmy John’s website and they gave me a $10 credit, but can’t use it online which is the majority of orders done. Be aware if you want “freaky fast delivery” I would order from a different location.

  Great sandwich. There are more choices than I remember, so that is good. The hard rock music is enough to make me not choose to eat inside.

  I put an order for delivery in at 1100, it is now almost 1pm and still no delivery. Called the store was put on hold, hung up on and then put on hold again. To pay over $20.00 for sub and soda and have this service is ridiculous.
