- MMMarcia1 day ago3.0I love McDonald's but lately they don't have enough workers, some food is cold or warm. People ordering food get upset because they don't get what they ordered, I've even seen drive up get out of their car to come in and either wrong order or missing something.
- KKKai3 days ago1.0They made me wait 30 minutes and forgot my mocha. I left before I realized they didn't include it and there was no way I was waiting another 30+ minutes for them to fix it. I called the store and they hung up on me. Absolutely awful service and I will not be giving any more business to this location.

The woman was friendly but quick to order and we were in and out of the line within several minutes. Not a lot to say about the experience but our food was good and filled us up. The place felt like a ghost town and wasn’t very welcoming. The tables were dirty, and it was nearly impossible to get an employee’s attention. I ended up going out to my car to grab a wipe so I could clean our table myself. The soda counter was also filthy—there was no ketchup dispenser, no salt or pepper available, and getting help for these basic items took about 15 minutes. It honestly felt like McDonald’s no longer wants customers dining inside. Meanwhile, places like Burger King and Arby’s deserve credit for still providing a clean, customer-friendly dine-in experience
