- SCSarah CottoneJul 17, 20262.0I made an online delivery/catering order to feed my wedding party on my wedding day. I selected the delivery time to be between 12-12:15pm. We waited and waited for the delivery and no Jimmy Johns had arrived by 12:30 so we had to call. Jimmy Johns said the food would be there "soon." It did not arrive for another 15 minutes. The food came 30minutes late- on an important day where we are running on a tight schedule. It was also frustrating that we had to be the ones to reach out about the order- Jimmy Johns did not call to say they were running late. In addition, one of the people we were feeding has a dietary restriction and they neglected to include the unwich I ordered to accommodate this person. Thankfully, when we called, they made the unwich and brought it over quickly. I have filed a complaint on the Jimmy Johns website and did not hear anything back from the franchise in almost 48hrs.

Their excuse was the woman clocks out and marks them done before she leaves the store. This is not fast delivery. I won't be buying from here again for quite some time
