  I made an online delivery/catering order to feed my wedding party on my wedding day. I selected the delivery time to be between 12-12:15pm. We waited and waited for the delivery and no Jimmy Johns had arrived by 12:30 so we had to call. Jimmy Johns said the food would be there "soon." It did not arrive for another 15 minutes. The food came 30minutes late- on an important day where we are running on a tight schedule. It was also frustrating that we had to be the ones to reach out about the order- Jimmy Johns did not call to say they were running late. In addition, one of the people we were feeding has a dietary restriction and they neglected to include the unwich I ordered to accommodate this person. Thankfully, when we called, they made the unwich and brought it over quickly. I have filed a complaint on the Jimmy Johns website and did not hear anything back from the franchise in almost 48hrs.

  An hour after I placed the order I finally received my food. I called the store 15 minutes after it was marked as delivered. Their excuse was the woman clocks out and marks them done before she leaves the store. This is not fast delivery. I won't be buying from here again for quite some time

  Awesome restaurant very nice please ask for the main manager great guy super friendly and keeps everything very managed well.

  Solomon, Hunter and KK were AMAZING! The best service and healthiest options! Freaky fast is an understatement! And now they have fresh lemonade!

  I have eaten here before, but today was the first time I walked out more than satisfied. Everybody knows what kind of food to expect from Jimmy Johns, so the only thing that can change is the service. I have had poor service here before, probably more than once, but today I was so impressed by an employee named Keymo (probably misspelling his name). He was incredibly attentive to all of the customers in the store; his attitude and demeanor was friendly and calm despite how busy he was; and he just really seemed like somebody that takes pride in doing an excellent job at whatever he does. Keymo really did a great job and provided better service than you would get at a sit down restaurant. Kudos to him. Pay attention to him management!
