- MFMary FrancisSep 7, 20261.0I honestly don’t understand how this location is allowed to operate like this. There were three girls working in the back who were clearly more interested in screwing around, laughing, and having a good time than actually doing their jobs. Meanwhile, the girls up front—including TWO employees who were new—were struggling to keep up and trying to figure out their stations. The girl working food had to literally YELL to the back to get someone to come up and help. When they finally decided to come up, instead of helping their coworkers, they were laughing at her, acting annoyed, and being incredibly rude because they were apparently inconvenienced by having to actually WORK. What makes this even worse is that the newer employees were obviously trying. They were the ones who deserved patience and support, yet the people who had apparently been there longer were standing around in the back acting like it was a social gathering. I’ve worked in food service before, and I completely understand that it gets busy and that new employees need time to learn. That is NOT the issue here. The issue is grown adults standing around doing absolutely nothing while their coworkers are drowning, then having the audacity to laugh at them and act rude when they’re asked to help. This was some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve seen from a fast-food staff. If you don’t want to work, stay home. If you’re being paid to be there, DO YOUR JOB. Your coworkers shouldn’t have to beg you to come help while you stand in the back laughing. Management seriously needs to get their staff under control because this kind of behavior is embarrassing for the business. I came in expecting Dunkin—not a daycare where employees stand around giggling while the people actually working struggle to keep things moving. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
