My boyfriend and I went there last night for dinner. I wanted the steakhouse ranch stuffer. When I ordered it I just said the new steakhouse stuffer. They informed me they were out of sweet potatoes. Which I thought was weird because they don't usually come with sweet potatoes And I got a chicken Caesar stuffer, my boyfriend wanted to try the stuffers because I really like them, so he ordered 2 as well. Our bill came to almost $50. It is $2 more to make a salad into a stuffer. After sitting down and waiting for the order, the cook informed us. They were out of stuffer bread. So panera comes out with stuffers, and almost all locations are always out. Why is that? So then they asked if they could just make it a salad. I said that was fine. There was no $2 reimbursement, so I paid $2 extra for no reason at all. Then, we receive our plates. Apparently, they changed the ranch steak, stuffer to some disgusting farmers. Market stuffer, and they were not out of sweet potatoes. There was a bunch in my stuffer, only half cooked frozen sweet potatoes, half cooked super disgusting. Most of their sandwiches are undesirable. And then once they do get good ones in, they changed them almost immediately. I think I'm done with panera for a while until they can get their act together. And produce food that actually tastes good instead of a bunch of garbage rolled into a bun. I'm gonna be done for a while. I think the best thing they have is soup. Half the time I go. Their bread is harder than hell, so why they advertise is a bread place. I have no idea. They should just advertise as a soup kitchen. Since that's the best thing on the menu, which is sad. Also, the tips should be given out. After the meal, not before we tipped them $7, and for what service was garbage our food was garbage. I wish I could put my hand back in their tip jar. And take it back out to be honest with you So I learned 2 lessons, number one, stop going to panera for a while. Maybe try again next year.Second, always tip after your meal.Never before!!!!!! The new farmers market steakhouse, stuffer, there's a bunch of random vegetables, including huge chunks of broccoli, huge chunks of frozen sweet potato, half cooked, corn and steak. I believe it is the most disgusting salad sandwich on the menu. They really dropped the ball with that one! Completely disappointed and overcharged.

Food is usually good. But every table was filthy dirty and the floor had food and trash.. It’s 2:20 in the afternoon and I table has people. So they aren’t busy.

This Panera continues to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. Every visit is the same—tables covered in crumbs, food, and sticky spills that clearly haven’t been cleaned. Customers shouldn’t have to wipe down their own tables before eating. I spoke with the manager about it, expecting them to take responsibility, but instead I got excuses about being short-staffed. Staffing issues are not the customer’s problem. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations at any restaurant, and this location consistently fails to meet it. The manager’s attitude was just as disappointing as the condition of the restaurant. Rather than apologizing or trying to fix the issue, they brushed it off. If management can’t maintain basic cleanliness or take customer concerns seriously, it’s no surprise the restaurant is in the condition it’s in. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location to anyone until management starts taking pride in keeping the restaurant clean.

Absolutely disappointed every single time I come to this Panera. The tables are consistently filthy, covered in crumbs, spills, and leftover food. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant that’s supposed to be a clean place to sit down and enjoy a meal. I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, hoping it would be taken seriously. Instead, I was met with excuses. The manager told me that if he had more staff, the tables would be clean. As a customer, staffing problems are not my responsibility. If you’re open for business, basic cleanliness should be a priority. The lack of cleanliness and the manager’s unwillingness to take accountability make this one of the worst Panera locations I’ve visited. It’s frustrating to pay for food and then have to search for a table that isn’t disgusting or clean one yourself. Management needs to step up, stop making excuses, and start holding the restaurant to a basic standard of cleanliness. Until then, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
