I am constantly surprised by this. You can tell management cares and it shows. The food is food. It's the best chicken fast food you'll find in Delafield or the surrounding area. 5 Stars on everything. You won't be disappointed.

- KMKeenan MackApr 30, 20261.0This was, unfortunately, the worst experience I’ve had at Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order and came inside to pick it up. When I approached the mobile order area, the marketing manager, Gavin, had just finished assisting the customer ahead of me. He made eye contact with me but then proceeded to use his phone instead of helping. While I was clearly waiting, he assisted four customers who arrived after me, helping two, returning to his phone, and then helping two more, without acknowledging or assisting me at any point. After being overlooked multiple times, I had to speak up and inform him that I had a mobile order. Only then did he briefly check my order, state that it would be ready shortly, and return to his phone, continuing to ignore me. Ultimately, another employee stepped in to assist me. The most concerning part of this experience was the clear lack of respect, attention, and basic customer service demonstrated by marketing manager Gavin, as I was repeatedly ignored by him in favor of customers who arrived after me. Overall, the experience reflected poorly on both professionalism and customer care.
