  I walked in to get the new fetty wap sandwich and the employees ignored me for a second until the manager spoke up! They seemed a little rude except for Lily who was so sweet and patient! So when they called order for a buffalo chicken sandwich I said don’t you mean the fetty wap sandwich and he said he’s not saying that👀I think the employees should work on their customer service and of course it didn’t help that I am of color and the sandwich they are promoting is for a black rapper 😒 smh

  Called after 40 minutes after waiting for delivery Was put on hold for over 5 minutes Called back a few times before they decided to answer again Was told my order should be there any minute Waited another 15 minutes and then called back to cancel. The girl didn't bother to see where the driver was even at...nothing. Poor customer service and delivery service.

  I ordered online and I called to.make the payment, I guy Den or Ben told waiting a sec and I was on hold for 15min, second time same thing, I called the 3rd time and he said your order will be ready between 35 min - 1h , do you want to keep it or cancel, when he could've said that first time when he picked up the phone, very disrespectful and unprofessional zero 🌟

  This jimmy johns didn't give me the normal amount of turkey that it normally comes with. I had 2 pieces of turkey folded in half. It was see through and torn. All bread. No filling. I love JJ, wth happened?!

  Only giving one star bc I have to give something in order to post. But i am disgusted by not only the employee who hung up on a hearing impaired young girl because they could not hear her but when the family went in to speak with the manager he told them it was not his problem, they also noticed the music was too loud and maybe if it was turned down the employees can hear customers a lot better and his response was that's your opinion I don't think it's too loud. Horrible horrible customer service and management!!! If this is how you truly treat your customers, you don't deserve my service let alone anyone else's!!!
