  Ordered carryout spicy Goat Biryani and gulab jamun. Biryani was hot, as expected, and very flavorful. Desser was tasty, but was hoping for orange blossom or rose water

  Mannnn... Im SORT of new to Halal or Indian cuisine or whatever it is. I've had 10 times or so at least, all over the country, so I kind of know what I'm doing. This is attached to the One9 truck stop. They offer Indian as well as American food. I have attached to menus for your viewing enjoyment. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by whom I'm sure is the owner, or familial relative thereof. He told me that I could sit wherever I wanted, and I chose the bar naturally! Super super nice guy. Name is Rick, for him and he'll definitely take care of ya! The place has probably three tables and four booths as well as the bar area. They even have a game room with slots right next to the bar. It was happy hour, with $3 drafts, so I said what the hell. He was more than happy to come back behind the bar and pour me up and take my order while he explained and recommended some dishes. They have a limited liquor selection at the bar, but still it is hooch nonetheless. I started off with a Samosa Chaat as my appetizer. And I asked him to make it spicy. Man, I've had samosa one other time in arizona, this place blows it out of the water! Super flavorful, and a really good portion size for only being $4.99! For my main dish I ordered the Lamb Briyani. It came with a side of white cream sauce. It was SO good. And don't let the image fool you, I got filled up on my appetizer and only half of this bowl, and I have another half a bowl I took to my truck to eat tomorrow. Thank you Rick and highway dhaba! I'm glad I stopped in for the night and for a bite! It was perfect! When I'm back through here, I'll definitely be coming in again!

  Oh My God. What the hell is this place. It's amazing. Its a weird ass truck stop with the most delicious Indian cuisine I have had in Milwaukee. They have half American, half Indian menus, and everything we had was exceptional. Absolutely give this a stop when you are near Madison, you will not regret it.

  A nice quiet highway side Dhaba that serves fresh Indian and American food. We were wkeptical if the meals were freshly prepared or just microwaved pre-prep ones, but we're pleasantly surprised by the simple fresh meals. No unnecessary heat or spices. Just plain indian homestyle food

  I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They appeared to be very understaffed, so the service was extremely slow. Unfortunately, the food was also very disappointing. We ordered a dish that was described as including shrimp and rice. What we received was an enormous amount of rice with only four shrimp in the entire dish. There was so much rice that we were honestly shocked. It was also extremely spicy, even though we specifically requested medium spice. We noticed that the people at the table next to us had ordered a similar dish and were also searching through all the rice for the shrimp. Judging by their reaction, they were disappointed as well. Our waitress barely checked on us, never asked whether we were enjoying the food, and did not explain anything, even though she checked on another table. We had small children with us who were simply playing with the salt shaker without spilling anything. The waitress came over, took it away without saying a word, and placed it on another table. Later, we received soup that had absolutely no salt, but we could not season it because the salt had already been removed. We ordered chili and chicken soup, and both tasted as if they had come straight from a can and had simply been reheated. They were very unpleasant. The bill was also surprisingly expensive for a roadside restaurant. The service was terrible, the food was not good, and the prices were not justified. If you are looking for a decent meal, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. Honestly, McDonald’s would be a better option than eating at this restaurant.
