  Stopped at this location late just after 9 pm to an extremely pleasant courteous happy employee by the name of Ashley. Hands down after 900 reviews on the road in many years she takes the prize for BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Hang on to her as she is worth twice the money you pay her. What a great stop on my long travels today! Thank you Miss Ashley for the best Arby's service I have ever had and your very nice Manager as well! Kudos on a job well done!!

  Ordered a dbl beef and cheddar, but was given a single. The fries were limp and very undercooked. I would guess by the temp they thawed on the counter. Horrible!! But the lady at the windows was nice.

  Not FAST FOOD...Sooooo Slllloooowww... EVERY TIME we come here..I don't know why we keep trying, maybe hopes something has changed. And not to the fault of the employees.. they're always apologetic about being short staffed. They're running around like chickens with their heads cut off, stressed out. Who manages this store anyway? It's s not fair to the employees to put that much stress on them by being short staffed... Every time since they opened I swear we wait 20-30 minutes. Somebody needs to get more training on how to hire people that are accountable and will come to work or increase the wages so you can get employees to show up. And not be cheap at corporate and staff more people. Did you see the huge development across the road that just went in.. how are you going to handle capacity? Come on people...
