Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Always forget things/mess up order. PLEASE do better.

Used the app to order. Got unchanged for my drink which was ok. Went to pick everything up and informed they are defrosting the machine so I don't get my drink or any drink. Finally got home after waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru to find items missing from my order and they put 2 soft tacos upside down so when we picked them up everything fell out. Tried to call the store 3 times only to be hung up on 3 times without anyone ever answering. Total waste of money and time.

Using kiosks to place your order that advertise to you while you're trying to order is some dystopian nonsense. Also had to get over halfway through my steak burrito before I got a single piece of steak.

Took 30 minutes to get my food that I placed on the app before I even arrived. Crazy slow Taco Bell. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush. Zero sense of urgency from the crew
