  Do not come to this location. Horrible service! Ordered a meat lovers... zero meat. This is the 2nd time this happened to me and will be the last. Even call them and their reply was "they can't do anything about it."

  Today we went to Pizza Hut in DePere to use my son's free pizza coupons for reading. The service was great, the pizza was delicious, and it was a fun excuse to get out of the house for lunch. A big thank you to Pizza Hut for giving out these coupons to get kids excited about reading. My son loves coloring in his calendar for every night he reads.

  Grease. Puddles of grease. This is the WORST thing I've ever eaten and the crappiest customer service. I order from Pizza Hut a few times a month. It's OK, but not EPICALLY HORRIBLE like this grease fest. That's a thin crust meat lover's special on the photos. It's SO GREASY that the fat pooled on the box's bottom and soaked through to the outside. The crust is not crisp, but SATURATED with this muck. I called the store, talked to the manager, who seemed bored with my complaint. "Yeah. That's a greasy pizza." He offered to replace it or give me credit. Then hung up on me when I said credit. No goodbye. Just *clunk.* I called back to ask for a refund and he refused. Hung up on me again. Well, that's a letter to the corporate office I'm delighted to write. NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut again. Update, 3/28/18: manager emailed me over two weeks ago, promised to mail me a refund check. Hasn't arrived. No mention of improving pizza, rude night manager. UPDATE, 5/31/18: Pretty sure that refund check isn't coming...😂
