  Horrible experience! I just went through the drive through. The young white lady (specifically bc there was more staff) was very rude! We were there at 9:35 and ordered a chocolate sunday with cocoa topping. Then they gave me a vanilla Sunday and I nicely told her this is supposed to be a chocolate Sunday. She then told me “well you need to be more specific when you say chocolate because it makes it confusing” 🫤 I honestly just sat there quiet because at no point did I say VANILLA (she needs to learn to listen) and I couldn’t believe how rude she was…and when she gave me the right one she didn’t give it to me correctly so I dropped it and she walked away frustrated and upset and didn’t even apologize! I was just in my car waiting didn’t say a thing to her but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…and very horrible experience. I didn’t expect her to say sorry…but why did she have to be rude?

  Started going here recently. On my first 3 visits I got a large blizzard and everything was in the top. Meaning the bottom 2/3 was all vanilla icecream. Everyone makes mistakes, but I went in and said something on the 3rd one. I explained it was the 3rd one this week. The guy said sorry and just walked away! I was determined to have a great experience so on my 4th attempt it was good. Went back tonight to get blizzards for a family of 5, again everthing was in the top, all plain vanilla in the bottom 2/3s. I get bad days and stuff, but it's like they don't care. Your job is to mix icecream, just mix the icecream thoroughly for people that are paying for mixed icecream. There's a blue store up the street that tends to have a long line. I think I'll wait in line from now on.

  It's a dairy Queen so you have to take that into consideration of what you're getting for your money exchange correct? This dairy Queen is in the worst location I've ever seen a restaurant I'm surprised it survives. But the people that work there are incredibly nice with a slight sense of humor. One thing that really stands out though was the cleanliness of this dairy Queen this probably has to be the cleanest dairy Queen I've ever seen. Some of the ceiling tiles have a cup of water stains on them however this was really one of the cleanest dairy Queens I've ever seen including the bathroom. I just have to give him credit so here it is five stars all across.

  It’s getting to the point where every time I come here I NEVER get any help at the drive through. What’s the point of having a drive-through with? No one’s going to be there to assist customers. I was leaving there in a line of three cars to which everybody ended up driving off anyways. We’re not busy, very empty lobby no cars.
