  I ordered my food online for fast quick service I had to stop at the speaker to tell them I was there the person in front of me had a very large order and instead of asking her to pull ahead and park they let her sit at the drive-thru window while I waited almost 10 minutes knowing my food was inside prepared and ready to go and getting cold And then the young lady who handed me my food was very disrespectful and very rude I think they should learn how to park people to keep the drive-thru moving and make sure everybody's food is hot and fresh rather than making us all wait because somebody had a large order

  Slowwwwwwwwww. Oh man, just ordered a beef and fries, a was asked to pull up and wait. Going on 10 minutes now...still waiting, and they aren't busy.

  They were completely out of napkins. How does that even happen at a fast food place?

  I didn't go in, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. However, they person who took my order was polite and friendly. The sandwich was exactly what I wanted and the curly fries were fresh and hot.

  Poor service and bad food at Arby’s. I got the BBQ brisket sandwich; small, greasy sandwich. My wife got the pecan chicken salad sandwich; decent size but the lettuce looked old. My grandson got a chicken tenders meal; I watched as one employee tossed the little toy in the air while another employee attempted to catch the airborne toy with the kids meal bag. The toy fell on the ground, they picked the toy up from the ground and put it in the bag. I should have asked for a new meal but I refrained. They also forgot to give us the Apple juice for the kids meal, my wife noticed this as we got in the car to leave and sent me back to ask for it. I did receive the Apple juice. Finally several Arby’s employees were sitting at a table in the dining area playing cards. No more Arby’s!
