    I ordered a tuna sandwich with no cheese. I think they doubled the cheese instead. It was pretty humorous to one guy that I asked for extra tuna though. Also, when you stand in the pickup area, they hand you your sandwich with no napkins and you are supposed to serve yourself with the sides. Didn’t know this and no one said anything. I had to wait and ask and felt as though I bothered someone. Not sure why there is a tip jar if it’s self serve. The workers didn’t seem friendly like at other locations. The sandwich did have good flavor though. I typically love Jimmy Johns and use the drive through at other locations but I didn’t see that option here.

    Usually good place to go. This time though i said 2 times no ham on my sub. They still put it on and also forgot to put any mayo on it. I took the ham off after getting it ( medical reasons).

    We have been a couple times and have never had a issue with staff or our orders. This last time we went in there were bibles at the register. When we asked the employee about it they stated that they were out there by the manager of the store. I am all for everyone expressing themselves. I however do not want to walk into a restaurant that is a NATIONAL chain. Not even chic fil a makes you stare at bibles while your eating. This is unacceptable behavior from the manager and I hope the franchise owner and the franchise take action to have these removed from the store. It's not the place. Open a religious sandwich shop if it's that important to you.
