    Yesterday, Saturday, we ordered $30 worth of food. One car ahead of us. They completed their transaction and left. Next up. Sat at the window for at least 30 minutes. The gal walked by numerous times and looked at us. The guy at the counter did as well but no one ever came to take our money, greet me or anything. I called the store number but no answer. Finally I just left and went elsewhere. I was a regular customer but not anymore. Horrible experience. Also reported to your corporate office. My time obviously was not important enough to even acknowledge us.

    My husband and I have eaten here many times over the years. Typically the service is very slow and I can understand that during busy times so it did not deter me from eating here before. Ironically the service was fast this time and the woman who took our order was personable. Our food was also very fresh today. BUT after ordering our food, we noticed a male employee who was clearly on his break, sitting at a small table in the restaurant by himself. He was picking his nose very aggressively. He also went back to work without washing his hands, and later I heard him snort as if to clear his throat before coughing up mucus. We have seen this employee there many times so he appears to be a long-term employee. We would not have stayed to eat, but we had already ordered and because this man was on break, we knew that he was not handling our food at the time. Regardless, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
