  Placed an online order at about 9:00pm got there at 9:20 and the door was locked so i couldn’t get my food. i then waited in the drive through for about another 30 minutes before i got to the speaker to tell them about my order. the workers were sassy and rude and didn’t seem to care at all how long there drive through was or about the terrible quality of the food they are sending out. if i could give less then 1 star i would this place needs all new management and a whole new crew its terrible.

  This is ridiculous. I have been waiting 46 minutes in the drive thru at 11:00 pm. They are only taking one order at a time. Taking 10 minutes to make the order and repeating the process over and over extremely slowly. Compounding the problem is that once you are trapped in the drive thru thereisno way to get out.so basically held hostage for the eyterpartofan hour. The staff needs to be addressed for his situation.

  Went through the drive through and was charged for three cinnamon twists, get our food and they didn’t give us them and just ignored us at the window. When someone did finally come to ask us about why we were still there, the woman gave so much attitude and then refused to give us a refund and told us to leave.

  Currently waiting in the drive through line for about 50 to 60 minutes. Placed an Online order 60 minutes ago. Haven’t even made it to the speaker to tell them I’m here to pick up my order. Maybe moved a total of 4 car lengths in this time. How can you even be open as a fast food joint. Tell people you can’t serve food of this is

  Only one good thing visiting this TB was the food was hot. This was supposed to be a quick stop as we were traveling to visit our daughter. This TB does not cater to customer service. Have to use a kiosk to order your food. Then it took over 20 minutes to get our food, two tacos and one burrito. I was beginning to think we were supposed to make our own. The person making the food appeared to be in jr. high and he needed help. Next time passing through we will not be stopping at this TB to catch a “quick” bite to eat.
