  Ordered food on the app and paid, order charged my card and said that pickup was ready. Arrived at the parking lot and watched the employed close down the store over an hour early.

  I've tried giving this location so many chances.. why let me place an online order if they aren't even open! I even tried calling and the phones just beep. Can we PLEASE get it together. I was so excited for taco bell to be closer 😭

  Mobile ordered, still said the restaurant was open. But I pulled through and it was closed due to being understaffed. I still haven't gotten my money back. CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR FIX IT.

  Employees with bad attitude, food not what I ordered. Long wait time. All around bad experience, not the first time at this location but it's definitely my last. Forget about calling to talk to a manager, they don't answer the phone. Waited 15 minutes for my food and was then rudely informed that the lobby is closed and I don't work there. From what I've seen hardly anyone there is working.

  The employees are decent. I get they go through a lot. But I've been greeted with attitude after greeting them with a smile, kindness and using manners people should have. Like saying please and thank you and no attitude or tone. The bathrooms and lobby aren't cleaned often. There have been more than one time that both looked like an absolute mess. Floors with food scraps everywhere, several dirty tables. No wet floor signs and sliding around on the floor from it being soaked, nearly fell. And when I brought it up, the manager didn't really care. The app rewards don't work. My melt was completely stuck to the wrapping. There's absolutely no way I could pry it off.
