  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Dunkin location has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. The employees are consistently rude, rarely greet customers, and seem to have an attitude the moment you walk in the door. This has happened on 3 separate visits. Each time, I’ve been left standing at the counter while employees are in the back having conversations instead of helping customers. I’ve had to repeat my order several times just to get out right, and even after ordering, it seems to take an unnecessarily long time for my food & drink order. Customer service, communication, and basic courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately this location falls short in all three areas. After 3 disappointing experiences, I will not be returning to this location.

  I would like to start off by saying that it was two of us inside this morning. The girl in front of me ordered her drinks and then I proceeded to order mine maybe five minutes later. As they had us both waiting in the lobby. After ordering the drinks, the guy came out with two green drinks when she ordered blush pops. Which are red drinks not green and there’s no foam on top of them like the ones he brought out. Then he proceeded to bring out my drinks and one of them was partially purple, and I ordered a regular coffee. It should not have been purple. And then the worker proceeded to sit there and argue with both of us saying that those were our drinks and the other drinks that we ordered aren’t on the menu. This is what’s on the menu. Blush pops are indeed on the menu and a frozen coffee with syrup is a normal drink you can order. This employee argued and nobody else spoke any English besides the lady who was taking drive-through orders who was not helpful to either of us. We both ended up waiting more than 20 minutes to get the correct drinks, and then when I got mine, I went outside, took a sip of it and threw up because it was straight syrup as well, as the fact that my other coffee had sugar in it when I requested only liquid cane sugar. Then I asked the employee if I could just get a refund and he wrote down a piece of paper $15 and handed it back to me and I said where is my refund receipt he said it got sent to your card I said yeah and if it got sent to my card, there would be a receipt saying that you sent me the money back and then he quickly went in the cast drawer and handed me $15. I highly would recommend everyone stay away from this location as I’ve gone here a few times and each time my order has been messed up but today was my last straw.

  The lady at the window was so unprofessional rude I WILL NEVER GO BACK she messed up the order and continued to roll her eyes because I wanted her to fix it!!!

  Edit: i don't eat pork and guess what I found? A tiny piece of bacon. I'm not one to fuss but can you please a little more considerate with cross contamination in the kitchen? I ordered hash browns that should be vegetarian and theres a piece of meat in the hash browns bag? Very very inconsiderate for anyone who is strictly no meat or don't eat pork. The workers could be a little more friendly & please look at my hash browns. I always get hash browns from Dunkin' but I've never gone to this location specifically. This is the first time I'm seeing Dunkin' hash browns like this.... they're extremely greasy and mushy. I don't think they're supposed to be like this. Took a bite and this is the first time I feel disappointed with just a tiny hash brown order. Maybe do a quality training again with the workers there?

  i am not sorry ! since that manager i think her name starts with an e she had tattoos everywhere she was a very respectful manager she always had my order right and if it wasn’t she always made sure to make me happy ! they sure don’t make people like her anymore i can never understand anyone here ! it’s always dirty im always charged wrong ! but leave it to her she never messed up she was taking orders in drive thru front counter cashing out and making drinks ! now i have to say that’s a hard worker ! especially one respectful manager pls bring her back ! you guys really did wrong without her
