    Food was good but portions small.our waiter never came to check on us and I had to ask for refill of my drink and for the check .it wasn't even busy.not sure I'll be back.

    A lesson in customer service is highly recommended: -Reservation for 4 was written down for reservation for 2 -Waitress mixed up wine order for 2 of us -We had to ask to place our order -House salad was ordered with ranch dressing and came with house dressing -At 45 minutes of waiting for our entrees one person in our party went to talk to manager, while waitress said it it would be 5 for minutes. We told her we had a show to be at 730 -At 55 minutes of waiting, the waitress told us manager was in the kitchen yelling at the staff to get moving. (meanwhile we knew he was in the lobby talking to the one person in our group). She said if we wanted to speed the process along, we could pay our bill already prior to receiving our food. We declined. -At an 1 hr and 5 minutes of waiting food was served. Waitress handed the wrong entree to everyone at the table. -After eating for 10 minutes, the manager came to our table and instead of being apologetic to our situation he started trying to justify a 45+ minute wait for 4 pasta entrees. He ended up walking away from us when we informed him his menu prices on the website were wrong in addition to all of the issues we had just had at the restaurant. -5 minutes later (I'm assuming after he checked the website) he walked back and said he would take 50 percent off of our bill and took the bill and walked away. We were not looking for a free meal, an heartfelt apology or comping our 4 drinks would have been plenty to make the situation right but we weren't going to argue. -5 minutes later (when he knew we were in a hurry) he came back with the check. We threw cash at him and ran out the door to our concert. -The food was good but the 4 of us, who all work with clients or customers daily, agree the service was terrible. The manager should be ashamed of how he handled the situation.
