    Very professional and clean waiting area. Outstanding customer service and were very polite. Even with them dealing with the lunch hour rush, they were still welcoming, respectful and got my smoothie to me quickly.

    Always a welcoming environment when I come in after my workouts. Tay and Von provide excellent customer service and even remembered my order. Them two are huge part of why I like to come back! They deserve a raise.

    Didn't get what I paid for employee had attitude I wish I knew her name. I spend way to money for bad customer service and the only fix is to bring it back to add what was paid for well what about my time and inconvenience guess I'll save a lot of money because y'all will not be seeing me again and my bowl was made horrible.

    I normally really love my food from Tropical Smoothie... that's what usually keeps me coming back despite the slow staff and disorganized work flow. Today was disappointing. The flavors & textures I could count had been altered. To my dismay, the cali breakfast sandwich I faithfully order was missing key ingredients including the signature chipotle mayo and avo spread... I had to go back in the store to get the mayo on the side. They didn't offer the avo spread. I thought I'd at least enjoy my smoothie, but found they hadn't fully blended it leaving with lime, and whatever else they use in the watermelon mojito smoothie, coming out in chunks and getting stuck in my teeth. I was already driving to work or I would have gone back for that as well. I normally don't complain, but this was kind of a straw for me. The pricing is reasonable, but when you're using your last on a meal, you want it to be right. Will I be back? Yes... but if there were another one closer in the area I would never return to this franchise again.

    There were so many people waiting for their orders and it definitely looked like they had enough people working, but they were very unorganized. All the workers seem to be more worried about what someone else was doing rather than doing their task. The system they had in place when I went there was an absolute mess. Orders that were supposed to be “ready for pick-up” in 20 mins were nowhere near done. The empty “new” cups kept falling on the floor. One worker would pick them up from the floor, place them on the table by the smoothie section, walk away, and another worker would put those empty *now gross cups from the floor” back with the rest of the cups. This happened at least 3 times while I was waiting for my smoothie. I’ve worked in restaurants before and any time something would fall or touch the floor, it would automatically go in the trash. I’m honestly surprised by the lack of hygiene in this place.
