- LWLuisa WattAug 7, 20263.0We were just there for a sommelier wine tasting experience, and I must say, while the wine and food was incredible, I was very disappointed in the fact that the sommelier, who is also supposedly the manager, completely disappeared from the evening after receiving his tip. The waitress helping was incredibly amazing, but he never came back to check on us and said that he would stick around for any questions we may have had. Also, there were additional wine bottles for us for our experience that I was originally told would be ours as it was part of our package. Then, later that evening, we were told that if they weren't opened yet, they would not allow us to take them. I find this incredibly disrespectful to be told two different things, especially for the price of this 'experience'. The estimated cost of this was $1200 and my friend paid less at a silent auction, but nonetheless, that was the experience they provide for that price?? There were bottles my friend purchased at the end because the unopened ones left on the tables, she was not allowed to take home. For this price, it should come with any unopened bottles we didn't get to yet.

The asparagus was delicious, but the other food wasn’t anything I’d order again. The swordfish and salad didn’t have a lot flavor to them. The pastry layers in the cake were tough instead of flaky and it was rather bland. For a high end dinner, it was a bit disappointing.
