  This is quite literally THE worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, and I’m sad that it’s the only one close to my house. 1. It’s INSANELY slow. Not just in the drive through, which is already insane waiting 30-45 min for a singular sub, but INSIDE the store too! Stood around 30 min once, it was literally JUST ME, just to get the sandwich. 2. Quite honestly the quality is just disgusting, and it’s sad to see that the difference deli meat, vegetables, etc between other stores, it’s absolutely diabolical. The turkey is weirdly slimy, the tomato is so soggy..god I feel sick jsut thinking about it. The other day, I ordered a Club Lulu #16, for pick up, 4 HOURS in advance. And what do you know! They forgot the bacon in it. HOW do you forget the bacon in the CLUB LULU? Let alone a PICK UP ORDER. I kept giving this store so many second chances because I love Jimmy John’s, and I’m the kind of person that gets the same thing every single time, so the horrendous quality and inconsistency is VERY clear. This is the last time. I’m done ordering from a store knowing it’ll be mediocre at best. I’d much rather drive 30 min away to a different Jimmy John’s than ever come back to this one, that, or better yet, I’ll take my money to the Cousin Subs down the road. This is ridiculous.

  Subs so SLOW you'll freak is the new motto. Also, sub was very light on the substance. Bread and Mayo with a dash of deli meat.

  Genuinely, how is this place still in business? Every aspect was lacking, from the customer service to the mainly bread “sandwiches”. And it certainly hasn’t gotten cheaper. Would definitely recommend skipping this establishment.
