I ordered a pick up for 10am, which I know is right near opening, but I was ok with giving them wiggle room and got there at 10:15am. Door was still locked which I thought was weird but whatever I’m probably the first there. I sit on my car until 10:25 until an employee shows up and says they are just now opening and I’d have to wait half an hour for them to get open. Ridiculous bro. Tried a week later and same thing, door was locked at 10:30 but this time they atleast opened for me.

Order a 9.99 meal deal and it costs $16 for a cheap sandwich. The delivery driver forgets the drink, and says they can’t / won’t come back with it and to call the store for a refund and walks away. Call the store they say no refund and they’ll get me the drink next time I order. This place is awful.

Bread was so hard. Had to remove tomatoes and cucumbers from sub, they tasted like garbage. I'm significantly worried that sub may make me sick 😬
They sent Uber to deliver my food, which arrived well after my 'delivery time'. I placed order before store opened, I didn't order last minute and expect ASAP service.

It’s dirty, the employees don’t care, and the health and safety standards here are concerning. I walked in today to get a sandwich, knowing i was due for a poor experience as this specific location always sucks, and one of the employees was just sitting in a booth on his phone, completely ignoring me and there was nobody behind the counter, so I just kind of awkwardly stand there for 5 ish minutes before some other dude comes out of the back to make my mobile order I made 20 minutes prior, at least he made my sandwich, and I’ll give him credit for only wearing headphones this time and not being on FaceTime while making my sandwich like the last time I was here. From the workers being sooooo upset their smoke break is over when someone shows up, to “running out of bread” (how the hell does a sandwich shop run out of bread at 3 pm!?), I’m done with this location. For anyone who made it this far, if you are looking for an actual good experience just go to the one on Redford and Watertown road in pewaukee across from the Kwik trip, the employees there don’t seem to be upset when they have to do their job.

Where do I start ? I’m not one of these if I could give a 1/2 star I would kinda guys however , walked in to pick up sandwich for a crew member and myself after a long 1/2 day of construction work and was astonished at the lack of cleanliness in this establishment. There was one employee Chris working barely audible in communication, wearing headphones who took my order two very specific sandwiches as we added meat and extra mayo to both of them. No other substitutions or add ons I’ve been ordering them the same way for 18 years. (Back when sandwiches were tossed at us). I was in the store for 25 minutes. The place was in various levels of disarray. Food left of tables , wrappers left and I had so much time to walk around I visited the men’s room where there was a big ole plumbing repair and open drywall. I also peaked my head over the wall to see lettuce on floor and just yuck. After returning with our food my sandwich which I was charged for was not at all as expected big hunks of tomato and no extra mayo and standard meat disappointment set in but food tasted good as my employee said the same which is why I gave three stars. I am however disheartened to see the owner or manager of this location always comments yet doesn’t step up to get issues corrected or reach out to see how they can turn a negative into a positive dining or takeout experience. As a former restauranteur I would be happy to give some suggestions if someone would contact me. I’m going to see what communication we get and if nothing I will be contacting the corporate franchise office. It was a horrendous experience.
