  Very slow or non existent for delivery. 45 minutes passed and app still only says store received order.

  I ordered a pick up for 10am, which I know is right near opening, but I was ok with giving them wiggle room and got there at 10:15am. Door was still locked which I thought was weird but whatever I’m probably the first there. I sit on my car until 10:25 until an employee shows up and says they are just now opening and I’d have to wait half an hour for them to get open. Ridiculous bro. Tried a week later and same thing, door was locked at 10:30 but this time they atleast opened for me.

  Order a 9.99 meal deal and it costs $16 for a cheap sandwich. The delivery driver forgets the drink, and says they can’t / won’t come back with it and to call the store for a refund and walks away. Call the store they say no refund and they’ll get me the drink next time I order. This place is awful.

  Bread was so hard. Had to remove tomatoes and cucumbers from sub, they tasted like garbage. I'm significantly worried that sub may make me sick 😬 They sent Uber to deliver my food, which arrived well after my 'delivery time'. I placed order before store opened, I didn't order last minute and expect ASAP service.
