  I don't recommend going here. A guy that works there ruined the whole experience. I will not be back. The smoothies were delicious and the woman making smoothies was so nice and friendly. She called for a guy in the back to take my order. It was the most awkward and uncomfortable customer experience I have had in a long time. He had zero awareness of his demeanor. He almost looked upset that we were there. It definitely didn't feel welcoming or friendly. I asked him a question about a smoothie(my eyes were super tired and I couldn't see the menu small print) and he just stared at me and mumbled an answer. He almost looked angry. So awkward. I wanted to just cancel the order and leave but I already told my kids I would grab them a smoothie. I saw other reviews about him and they sound just like my experience. I am not going back.

  The day was June 28th, a Sunday late afternoon. Just a regular Sunday. We walked in just wanting a normal smoothie and regular smoothie bowl. But that did not happen. It wasn’t just any regular smoothie bowl, it was a gift from God. People; when I tell you the second I got the bowl, I looked down, every banana perfectly placed. Every strawberry included in each bite. The bananas were lined up just perfectly, evenly sliced, evenly placed. Layered with just the right amount of granola. This man was the Picasso of smoothie bowls.

  I visited Jamba Juice to order something for my pregnant wife. When I tried to order the POS system was down and I had to wait 5 minutes without any acknowledgment for the cashier to call her manager and trouble shoot the problem. It turned out i had to order through the app which luckily I had unlike the 5 others who were waiting in line and decided to leave. After receiving my order I discovered my drink was different from the one I had asked the cashier for. They rudely said that this is the one I ordered and if I wanted the one I had actually asked for I would have to pay for the difference. Why am I having to pay for the inconvenience caused by your POS being down? Instead of making things right for a customer why am I being treated rudely and stingily over a single scoop of cool-whip? What happened to any semblance of customer service here? I tried reaching out to the customer service number but it was disconnected. I also completed the guest experience survey and received no message back or anything so that’s why I’m leaving a review of my experience here.
