  Outstanding Customer Service! I had an issue with a bagel order from another location, and this location not only saved the day and filled the order but delivered it in under 20 minutes and we're incredibly kind and gracious. I will never order from anywhere else !! 🩷🩷🩷

  This location is great! I’ve never, ever had a problem here! I love them! @Elana Schubert, I’m assuming that your review is intended for the other Brookfield location, on Moorland Road—I’ve had similar experiences there.

  My husband and I used to come through the drive-thru about once a week, but after this weekend, we won’t be back. How does a place with “bagels” in the name run out of bagels? We came around 10 a.m. and were told they were completely out of food—only drinks were available. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Orders are often wrong, items are unavailable, and the staff has been consistently rude. After multiple disappointing experiences, I felt it was time to say something. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Customer service and basic consistency really need improvement. 0/5.
