Went to get a bagel at 6:45 this morning. They were still not open, after I called they said I could order in 5 minutes but when I went back they were still closed and the worker was blatantly ignoring me standing at the front door.

Placed a pickup order and arrived 25 minutes after pick up time and waited an additional 25 minutes. There were items missing from our order which we noticed after we drove off. There appeared to be plenty of staff which wasn’t able to keep up. Lots of disgruntled customers!

Chronically understaffed or mismanaged. The place always has a ridiculous line in the drive thru, and when you go in to order the service not much faster.

Bagels are fine. I came in a week ago for a bite and to sit down for a bit, but I was quickly discouraged from doing so. The transaction started out ok, the cashier was polite, but as she took my order there was someone screaming about my order from behind. I guess my order wasn't available to be put in that way, which is fine, but screaming it out that way came off really rude and harsh. I don't come here very often, so I'm not the most knowledgeable with what the menu allows. I'm not even sure if she was talking to me or the cashier to be honest. She just sounded very angry about me just wanting an order and I felt very unwelcome very quickly. The cashier just said "okay, shina." and immediately started apologizing to me as if this is regular behavior? I just waved it off and went to eat, but I ended up just grabbing my stuff and taking my food to-go. Do NOT come here if you want some decent quiet time to get a quick snack.

I’d leave a 1-star review, but it wouldn’t be for the store or its employees.
I placed a catering order several days in advance for a 6:30 AM pickup. When I arrived early at 6:15 AM, I was told the store had just received the order.
That said, the team on-site was fantastic. They immediately jumped into action, hustled to get everything prepared, and still managed to keep the rest of the store running smoothly. Huge credit to them.
The issue is clearly with the catering system. That process needs to be improved.
