  No point in ordering mobile for lunch. I ordered at 10:58 and it said ready by 11:10. I sat waiting til 11:23 while they were making catering orders. People at the very end of the restaurant line received their food before me. So why use mobile order? Also portion size was too small compared to other Chipotle's.

  Go to a different chipotle, if it’s 8/9 pm they will hate you for coming in even though they close at 10, if they run out of queso they’ll still charge you and give you attitude, & say they’re “ out” cause they don’t feel like making more ( it’s pre made, it was Tuesday, you know damn well you had it.) waste of my time && energy to even try coming back here. Ps if you hate your job I get it but taking it out on me is really unfortunate!!

  Placed an online order at 10:30 (30 minutes before closing time) - immediately upon entering they said "just so you know, we're out of all meats". They said they could make the order without meat but couldn't cook more because the grill was already clean. When we asked for a refund on the order they were unable to make, they said we'd need to call because refunds can't be issued in store. We left hungry, but they sent us with a sticky note to bring back another day to get our order when their grill is on....

  Not happy with the service or the food. They were completely out of hot salsa, And all I wanted was a little guacamole instead, but they had to upcharge me. I wouldn't have asked for guacamole if they had had hot salsa. They said they had to upcharge it no matter what. Very disappointing customer service and processes put in place by Chipotle where their employees are not empowered to override even the smallest thing to make a customer happy. It's really sad that systems and automation are taking over human autonomy and decision making power, and it is making customers very unhappy. But I suppose nobody cares as long as the shareholders are getting wealthier. Not sure if I'll continue to eat at Chipotle. I'm starting to take a stand with companies that are automating themselves out of favor with customers.

  I have visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill at Bluemound Road several times, both for quick weekday lunches and casual dinners, and overall it has been a dependable stop when I want something filling without spending too much time. This location delivers what most people look for from Chipotle: consistency, speed, and the comfort of knowing exactly what you are going to get. The ordering line usually moves at a reasonable pace, even during the lunch rush. The staff generally does a good job keeping things organized and calling out orders clearly. On most visits, the employees have been polite and efficient. They may not always be overly chatty, but they are focused and respectful, which I personally appreciate when the place is busy. When I have asked for small customizations, like extra fajita veggies or lighter rice, they have been accommodating without attitude. Food quality has been solid overall. The ingredients usually look fresh, and the hot items are actually hot, which is not always a given with fast casual spots. The chicken and barbacoa have been well seasoned on my visits, and portions are fair for the price. Bowls tend to be packed well, and I rarely leave feeling shorted. On a couple of occasions, the rice was slightly dry, but nothing bad enough to ruin the meal. The chips are generally crispy and fresh, and the guacamole has been consistently good here. Cleanliness is another positive. The dining area is usually tidy, tables are wiped down regularly, and the drink station stays in decent shape even during peak hours. Restrooms have been clean on my visits, which says a lot about how the location is managed. That said, this location is not perfect. During very busy times, orders made through the app can take longer than expected, and the pickup shelf can feel a little chaotic. A bit better organization around mobile orders would improve the experience. Seating can also be limited during rush periods, so you may end up taking your food to go. Overall, this Chipotle does a good job of delivering what the brand promises. It is not trying to be fancy, and it does not need to. It is a reliable place for a quick, satisfying meal with consistent food quality and a hardworking staff. If you are in the area and craving a burrito bowl or tacos, this location is a safe and dependable choice.
