She kept asking me about what else I wanted but she kept her head down and I couldn’t understand her. I finally had to say I can’t hear you. She did look up for that. It was so quick down the line that I’m sure they missed something in the 5 bowls I was trying to make . The white queso was so gross looking and the sour cream watery. To top it off when I paid crazy amount for chips , there were 15 chips max and they were stale. Quality and service has gone down. I would go out of my way to go to a different one. Very disappointed!

On Tuesday, 8/25 around 9:30pm, I ordered food, and the food didn’t look as it normally does. The counter was directly, all the food was piled up, I asked why and the server stated it was because they are getting ready to close. I ate my tacos and immediately woke up with food poisoning 5 hours later. I’ve been sick since. I have never had food poisoning, I’m a very routined eater who eats the same things repeatedly. I’m very disappointed. I had to get fluids at the ER and take off work.

It took over 10 minutes of waiting in line to find this out and there didn't seem to be any sort of leadership there to guide the staff of inexperienced, young workers. Very disappointed and will most likely never come here again.
