  We sat for over a half a hour for our pizza and it wasn't even that busy. We were there for almost 2 hrs and had the same drinks the entire time. The server didn't even ask if we needed refills. When the bread sticks came out they were burnt and we had to flag down a different server to send them back. Then they messed up on our bill and tried to charge us an extra 15$! Never will I go there again. Not for dine in, carry out or otherwise. Never!

  This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I called, the attitude was unbelievable. Instead of actually trying to help, they acted like taking an order was some massive inconvenience. The customer service was rude, the communication was terrible, and the willingness to solve a simple problem was basically nonexistent. Apparently, “customer service” is just a name on the job description at this location. I’ve never had a company make me feel like I was bothering them by trying to give them my money. Pizza Hut really managed to turn ordering a pizza into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Management should seriously take a look at how customers are being treated, because this isn’t how you build repeat business. Congratulations, Pizza Hut — you successfully made me not want to order Pizza Hut again. 🍕👏

  This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employees seemed completely unwilling to do the simplest thing: actually look into the situation and help a customer. Instead of checking information, finding an answer, or offering any kind of solution, I was given excuses and treated like I was bothering them. And the management was even worse. When you finally ask to speak with a manager, you expect someone to actually take responsibility and help resolve the issue—not someone who is rude, dismissive, and hangs up on you. It honestly felt like nobody cared whether they had my business or not. There was no effort, no professionalism, and absolutely no willingness to help. If this is the level of service Pizza Hut considers acceptable, they need to seriously rethink how they’re running their customer service and management. ⭐️ 1/5 — Zero effort. Zero accountability. Zero reason to come back.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — Apparently 2.7 Miles Is Too Far Well, this was an experience. I called Pizza Hut in Black River Falls to order a pizza, gave them my address on Castle Mound Road, and was basically told, “Yeah… we don’t deliver there.” Apparently, my house being approximately 2.7 miles away is an impossible distance for Pizza Hut to conquer. The excuse was that it was “too far” and they “couldn’t find” my address. Interesting. Because Domino’s is only about 2.5 miles from my location and had absolutely no problem finding my address and delivering pizza to me. So apparently Domino’s has access to some advanced GPS technology that Pizza Hut hasn’t discovered yet. But the delivery issue wasn’t even the worst part. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The people I spoke with were rude, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the so-called manager eventually hung up on me. Nothing says “we value our customers” quite like hanging up on them. If Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to Castle Mound Road, fine. Just say that. But don’t act like 2.7 miles is a cross-country expedition, blame it on not being able to find the address, treat the customer like they’re the problem, and then hang up when they question it. Domino’s managed to find me. Domino’s managed to deliver to me. Domino’s managed to do what I was trying to pay Pizza Hut to do. So congratulations, Pizza Hut in Black River Falls — you turned a simple pizza order into a reason to order from your competitor instead. ⭐️ 1/5. Terrible delivery service. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. And apparently terrible navigation skills.

  Very friendly staff. The pizza was average. Not sure if I would recommend Pizza hut.
