  While this place does have its nostalgic atmosphere. It lacks the qualities of an old Pizza Hut. The employees wearing street clothes that didn’t reflect good quality. Our server and waiter was nice though. Actually smiled and kept our drinks full of prompted. I ordered the pepperoni melt. Was really good. Had a little crisp but not over done. Wish I could have had a knife to cut it though but only forks were given. My wife’s Black Forest ham sandwich was a disaster. Was supposed to be no tomato. But had tomatoes sprinkled over it. The meat and condiments were overwhelmed by the bread. And the pickles spears she got were past throwing away. They were dry leathery and impossible to eat. Now the Cajun fries we had as an appetizer were good but it always looks like a little kids handful. But they were definitely good. I’d give this place another chance. I’d even recommend with some warnings

  The whole point of Pizza Hut classic is for the classic dine in experience. To show up and see the sign outside say “dine in open” but then a sign on the door saying dine is is closed is a disappointment, and takes away any reason to go. Willing to update this review if dine in becomes an option, but until then the whole selling point is missing

  Wisconsin's only Pizza Hut Classic (that I'm aware of)! If you are a child of the 80s-90s, or had kids then, this is a great place to visit, relive those memories and pretend you have a Book It certificate. The place is not "outdated," but is consciously retro and I love it. And, as far as fast-food pizza goes, Pizza Hut's always been the best.

  Went there today Friday April 10th 2026 about 630pm. Waited forever to get menus and our drinks. Salad bar barley any lettuce and what there was for lettuce was discolored and old. Ordered a kids cheese pizza, meat lovers stuffed crusted pizza, garlic cheese bread and 2 orders of boneless wings different flavors. Got everything BUT the wings told the waitress several times to check on our wings and apparently she never did. We finally finished eating and still no wings after being there for 25 minutes. Asked the waitress to take the wings off our bill and that took even longer, the waitress was asked 3 times to get a box and our bill. Customers dining in are leaving because nobody is waiting on them, orders taking to long, carry out orders wrong. The waitress claimed to have asked the supervisor to delete the wing order by this time and the long wait it should of been free. While waiting up front for our bill because we had to walk up there and ask for our bill for the fourth time we literally witnessed a man with tattoos and long hair literally take his hand and place it inside his pants messing around with the bottom half and scratching and NEVER once washed his hands, we told the manger about it after he finally came over and removed our wing order after asking for the 3rd time to have it taken care of and he had no care in the world. This is the most disgusting and unhealthy atmosphere ever. Wasted $30 bucks and could of went somewhere else then this place, run down, short staff, uneducated workers, lack of management and knowledge. And nothing will change nor be done, get staff in there that know ehat they are doing or shut it down! Deserves NO stars, tonight was terrible
