  I recieved the wrong order and wrong name. I explained situation and had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. I spoke woth manager Taylor who got loud with me because I asked for refund due to waiting an hour total for order. I was told the outlet broke and they had to handwrite the orders but my paper was printed. Worst interaction with customer service. Not even an apology. Just gave excuses.got the "fixed order" and it was still the other person's food from original mix up. Not wanting to come back.

  Doordashed wing stop the food all of it was completely cold when I received it and spend about 40 bucks definitely not worth 40 bucks for cold food

  Trash, the manager is trash and some of the employees are trash. I should rate no stars, Waukesha is a better location 10/10. Ordered on the app to the Beloit location on accident, realized my mistake and called because the app does not give the option to cancel, it says to call them directly, called and I was nothing but nice about it for the first couple go around, they told me they don’t cancel, then said they were too busy, the lady could help but say “like, we’re busy” in the most snotty accent/way she could atleast 7 times and you could tell she either is in HS or is just a young person, then told me I was wrong and whoever told me that they could cancel the order was wrong, so they said their own website and corporate info is incorrect? I called corporate so fast and they immediately said they were wrong in this and that it isn’t even that hard of a concept to understand. I will only be nice for the first couple go around until you start talking down to me without even a complete sentence to go with it, I MATCH ENERGY, YOU GET BACK WHAT YOU GIVE OUT, especially if I am nothing but nice to you.

  First time at a Wingstop and I’m very pleased. I got the chicken tenders and they are great chicken tenders really meaty very nice. Very moist white meat. The staff here were fantastic. Great service very polite. It’s very clean easy to find. Yeah I’m gonna give this a five star rating for sure David MacKenzie food reviews, Canadian trucking magazine International.

  I usually make orders through the app but they don't really give you many options to modify your order for allergy concerns so i had to call them which i absolutely hate. I called the first time and they hung up, called a second time and they put me on hold for around 8min and i hung up because i had to answer another call, i called back again and they put me on hold again for 7min. As soon as i hung up, they immediately tried calling me back but i was already placing an order with another restaurant that took my order right away. If you like waiting on the phone then order here.
