  Since moving to Janesville a few years ago we finally stopped at Taco Bell in Beloit Wisconsin. It's a place that the food is how you remember it to be. Good food. Wish places would over counter help instead of kiosks.

  I left work to grab food when they said it was ready and they told me they hadn’t even started on my food. It looks like they do all that to shave time off their average order time which is really messed up. No morals or anything, this location is classless

  I live down the street and everytime I come through theyre always pushy, mess up my order, and are flat out rude.

  No body was making sure the orders where complete. And nobody help people at the counter for orders

  I went in today about 4 and right after taking my order there was a women that was behind me and she was there for her on boarding. She told them who she was and why she was there, it took them 30 minutes to let her know the general manager left early, sadly not a single person had the decency to call her before she came in to reschedule. Well in the mix of all this there was one lady (she's been there forever and the nicest lady EVER) she was preparing all of the food while 3 other ladies stood around literally doing NOTHING playing on their phones, talking on their phones and a guy was what it appeared to possibly doing dishes. There was a group of young men that came in and ordered drinks and they finally after 20 minutes had to ask someone if they could get them. It was horrible to watch one person working hard and everyone just standing around talking. At 4:30 two more employees showed up.
