  Subs are decent. Service is VERY questionable. Why do I have to put my own subs in a to-go bag? And why do they just yell the sub names and set them on top on the area that they prep the subs? How about take the persons name and bring it up to the front where they ordered like a normal establishment. I had never been there before so I had no idea my subs were just sitting in a random spot. A customer had to tell me that’s where my subs were at, cause the workers sure weren’t going to do it. Really, really weird. Would rather go to firehouse Subs.

  Customer service was absolutely horrible. Cashier was incredibly sweet and understanding, all of the assembly workers gave attitude and made my sandwich wrong after being specifically told that it was to be made without certain ingredients. Rolled their eyes when specifications were made and gave more attitude when asked to correct it, dramatically throwing the sandwich they messed up into the garbage. Terrible environment.

  I saw a guy pick up something off the floor and put it in my sandwich. Ill never go back ive already given up many fast food places and theres only 2 left. Ive started the process to give up food completly. Years ago I rarely ate and I think I could go with out it

  My order was taking a lot longer than expected to be delivered, so I called the store. The delivery guy is new and there was some sort of mix-up. Next thing I know, I am getting a call back from the store and it is Nicole (I believe the owner or manager) she made my order fresh and brought it to me herself. She is awesome
