  They had me waiting for 1 wake up wrap for 20 mins while everybody else behind me was in n out the drive thru no problem. Won’t be coming back here again! & my drink didn’t even had any Oreo crumble on it 😂🫪 hire more people if that’s the issue.

  Literally the only donut shop that almost never has "glazed" or "sprinkle donuts". You would think that if it's a popular item they would make more. OAN: Iced and frozen coffee is 9/10

  Ngl the food and drink are good but GOD DOES THE SERVICE SUCK. Like the people that work there have a terrible attitude. And when the are slightly nice or even polite it’s once in a blue moon. I’m not expecting to be greeting with a sunshine and rainbows attitude but something better than a monotoned “I hate my job and don’t want to be here” attitude.

  I’ve visited this Dunkin’ twice through the drive-thru, and both experiences were disappointing. Each time, I was greeted with an unwelcoming tone, which is unacceptable. The employees at this location come across as rude, and it really affects the overall experience. Working in customer service means greeting customers with friendliness and respect—even on difficult days. Unfortunately, that standard isn’t being met here. I would highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ on Milwaukee Road instead, where you’re greeted with a smile and treated much more kindly.

  This place is a joke. I’ve come here multiple times since moving to Beloit and never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered my drink (toxic expresso) on the app, husband picked it up, and it tasted like it had no coffee in it. It just tasted like chocolate milk. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone. When we got there, the girls were laughing and joking around inside.. but can’t answer their phone? However, they remade it and it was perfect. Today, I ordered the same drink. Picked it up and not enough mocha, and no raspberry flavor. Had them remake it, tasted it, there was mocha and raspberry but no coffee. AGAIN like yesterday. I literally just wanted my coffee. We tried calling them to speak to the manager but no one answered, surprise! We didn’t wanna bother running back and forth again so I just wanted my money refunded. I should’ve went to Starbucks down the road. They messed up literally 3 times in a row. I will never come here again. Do better!!!
