When to Taco Bell order a simple meal, which was a canteen bowl? Nachos and cheese and then I also ordered baked. Bean burrito and cheesy fries in a quesadilla, had to go through the second time. Because they forgot my cheese and my chips and my sauce for the cantina. Then, I went through again because they still forgot my chips but gave me the cheese and some twist cinnamon things for their mess up. Then, I had to go through again because they only gave me part of it. And it was spilt all over the place. So I do not give Em a very good review on that. But the guy who took my money on the counter was very polite, and he helped very much.

Hands down the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been apart of. 25 for a mobile order in a drive thru is wild work. My brother had told me he waited half an hour at this location once and I should’ve listed. You truly could sit down at a restaurant and have ur meal faster. Seemed like nice enough worker but something has got to change there. Should’ve been like 4+ cars that bailed from the line but I had already paid and was desperate for the Baja blast

Spent 45 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us, including 15 mins sitting at the window after we paid. When we finally received our food, I asked the drive thru worker if letting people sit at the window for 15 mins aftwr paying with no communication was the new standard for the company. He replied with...... well I put 2 free taco coupons in the bag..... 🤷. We then arrived back home to eat (which is 3 mins away) and the mexican pizza was bagged in a way to where all the toppings fell off, the triple crunchwrap was a regular, and zero crunch to it, completely soggy. Needless to say after reaching out to the store and corporate and receiving zero response in return, we will never be visiting another location.

I love the Gordita Crunches and Chalupas. Their Cinnabon Delights are also gas 🔥 Everytime I've been there, their service has been quick and excellent! Josh in drive through has always been charismatic and cheerful!
