  Spent 45 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us, including 15 mins sitting at the window after we paid. When we finally received our food, I asked the drive thru worker if letting people sit at the window for 15 mins aftwr paying with no communication was the new standard for the company. He replied with...... well I put 2 free taco coupons in the bag..... 🤷. We then arrived back home to eat (which is 3 mins away) and the mexican pizza was bagged in a way to where all the toppings fell off, the triple crunchwrap was a regular, and zero crunch to it, completely soggy. Needless to say after reaching out to the store and corporate and receiving zero response in return, we will never be visiting another location.

  I love the Gordita Crunches and Chalupas. Their Cinnabon Delights are also gas 🔥 Everytime I've been there, their service has been quick and excellent! Josh in drive through has always been charismatic and cheerful!

  Not only is this the newest Taco Bell in Town, it is also the SLOWEST. Ungodly slow. I gave them the benefit when first opening but it didn't get better. I even left before giving my order since I was told to hold on. Today was the best though. I made it through the Culver's line with my food after waiting, meanwhile, the same car was still at the Taco Bell window.

  75% of the time I do not get my drink and no one will come up to the counter so I just leave instead of waiting 10 minutes for someone to actually come up to the counter I have made a donation to Taco Bell for the price of a drink numerous times now since I paid and did not recieve it.
