  We tried to get drinks on Saturday evening between 4:20 and 5:00 PM. We got in line and chose the second lane, which turned out to be a huge mistake. While more than 15 cars went through the first lane, our line barely moved at all. We waited over 30 minutes and still hadn’t even made it up to the payment window, so we eventually had to leave without ever getting our drinks. Three other cars behind us left before we did. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and extremely poor service.

  I just wanna know what happened to this location. First opened it was great now it is terrible. I just waited 20 minutes at the door for a coffee, one coffee!!!! and then it was half empty and I have a straw that I can’t even use to drink my coffee. I had to stop at McDonald’s to get a normal sized straw. Two things one I’m gonna need this location to stop asking for tips prior to people getting their coffees. Why does it take 45 minutes to get a coffee? It took me 20 minutes to get my order place and then another 20 minutes sitting at the door waiting for it while your coffee is amazing. I will start going back to Starbucks before I wait 45 minutes for a coffee.

  Went to Bellevue location and had horrible customer service. Was next in line while an employee was talking to a customer for more than 5 minutes, while not typing anything on the iPad, they pulled forward to the window and continued to chat. There were two other workers chatting standing in the kitchen, and still no one came to take my order. I ended up leaving and as soon as I left I turned and the car was now gone.

  My favorite location!! Everyone is super friendly and make coming here enjoyable!! Everyone is super friendly and very upbeat.

  My experience in Green Bay was it is all run by kids. Not an adult in sight. Music blaring. Looks like a teen pool party. Not professional for something I am going to consume into my body. I got the feeling kids were in the back horsing around with my drink. Expensive for something you can make at home with powders and a blender. $15 for one small and one medium shake. You are at a drive through and they spin the charge screen around to you with a tip request starting at 15% and up. Not great. I am not going back.
