  I was headed home from a long weekend and just wanted to get a drink to stay awake for the rest of the day. When I got to the window, the female barista leaned up on my car and was asking me all kinds of questions and ended up asking where I was from. When I told them where I was from they made a disgusted face and said “ew”. This caught me completely off guard and the conversation lead to me coming back home from Sheboygan. The barista then responded with “You’re really going from one crap town to the next”. This really infuriated me. Horrible service, terrible customer experience, and very poor manners by the barista

  poor customer service and they always make my drink wrong. have never got it right once. just because someone adds a sugar free flavor doesn’t mean they want the whole drink converted sugar free.

  First time at this coffee house. The drive thru/bell hop style is not very efficient even though orders are placed while in line. As another review stated menus are not posted but on screens where the ads change. When the server came out to take my order we had already sat in line about 5 minutes. I indicated it was my first time there and had a couple questions. He did answer very kindly. Although we moved up in the line, we sat for another 10 minutes to get the order of one coffee. I then realized I never gave the size or if I wanted my drink hot or cold. I was given a cold latte which I had flavored almond with dark chocolate & made with skim milk. Didn’t taste anything like what I expected as it’s a goto drink for me from other coffee houses. Needless to say, very disappointed and won’t be returning.

  We love 7 brew! But the last few times we have came we not one been sitting in line for almost 25 minutes while your the employees are sitting at the picnic table talking one very inappropriately! And the one girl work the second lane kept walking out to talk to the others sitting around doing nothing (yes if they on break totally get it) but we also made it all the way up to the window when the one person actually taking orders skipped us not once not twice but three times. I'm very disappointed on how amazing it was to come everyday to not wanting to come anymore cause of this. Should not take almost half an hour to get two drinks when it used to take not even 5 minutes.

  As a new coming customer I figured I would try out a new place that seems to be the craze. There was a deal of sorts going for Father’s day! I thought this would be super fun for a free coozie, however I was proven very wrong. At around 8:30 AM, I waited for 44 minutes on the dot to receive a half melted blondie with said “cold foam” that was now rubbish! It appeared as there was absolutely zero management present and when I asked to speak to a manager (after I waited ages) the girl said that the manger named Caitlynn did not show up when she/they were supposed to meaning (only to my assumption) that management was not present during what appeared to be an extremely busy day. This is extremely unprofessional as young girls are outside what appears to be all darn day! Those poor things looked like they were going to fall right on the ground from being overworked and to darn hot! I noticed while I was stillllll waiting that if one even dare attempted to go back inside where it looked colder they were sent right back out into the trenches. This is no way to have our younger generations working. I am disappointed in quite a few things. No reliable management, no human decency for those outside and more importantly waiting for close to a darn hour! My son could have spent much more time with me for Father’s day, this is disappointing.
