I called for delivery at. I've waited over an hour no food no delivery. I called them back. They say there's no record of my call or my address. How convenient yet my phone shows the call and how long the call was. Hour wasted and no food.

Pretty much a terrible place. Went in when they had a sale on the pepe and turkey tom. After paying I found that they didn't apply the discount for the sale they had all over TV commercials. When I asked about it, they said I had to ask for the discount. Really? Since when do you have to ask for a sale price? I contacted them about it and have been basically ghosted on the whole deal. I have the receipt and case number for the complaint, so they can't claim I'm lying. Sad to say, I probably won't ever be spending any money there again. Plenty of other choices in BD. Cousins is right there and Subway is even closer. Plan on spreading the word around town and local area as well. Don't go there. They do NOT value you. If they make a mistake they will NOT correct it.

Well in the past they've been very consistent and reliable but as of recently my last three maybe four orders just haven't been up to par they've either been canceled and not refunded or ran out of bread not refunded missing what I've asked to have on my sandwich delivery delays I can understand or maybe running out of one or two things but every order I've ordered keeps turning out wrong and I don't like to nitpick because their food is very delicious and every time I've gone in there's service has been very friendly even their delivery drivers a couple of sweet young girls friendly young men but I have to say I'm starting to wonder do I continue to purchase from here?

I use to LOOOOOVE this place I would order a sandwich pretty much every weekend, this place has gone waaaay down hill. They’re always messing up on orders, forgetting things, and sometimes rude. I ordered two sandwiches tonight and NEITHER ONE of them was made correctly!! The meat is all soggy and basically sludge, the lettuce tastes rotten, and the bread is stale. I don’t know why this place is going down hill but I miss how it use to be. 😔😭
