I was given 1 order. Realized I was only charged for one, requested the second and asked the employee to take my payment. The employee told me I’d need to go back around through the drive through again. I chose not to. Opened our order as we drove away, and realized we’d been given (cold, hard) EVERYTHING bagel mini, not the PLAIN we’d ordered. All this was after I’d already paid and selected the 25% tip option. Ugh. This is now one of many similar experiences at this location.
- AAAddey AquilaMay 26, 20263.0I came here for the last two days and I had ordered a Tropical Mango Dunkin and got the complete opposite and looked nothing like the picture, however I came today to get a Oreo Coffee Chiller and when I got the drink you could see how it was just a sloppy mess no Oreo crumbs on the top showing how clear there was no effort put into my order. the service was horrible today, when I went to order the lady was so disrespectful and rude, she made it seem like I was a waste of her time and frankly making me not want to come and waste my money here for the horrible service.
