- CCCosplayCodie4 days ago1.0I just had a very bizarre experience at baskin Robins. The employee who scooped our ice cream made a strange comment when we walked up and were being polite, saying, “Oh, we’re being friendly today?” Apparently saying hi and being in a good mood was unusual somehow? We ordered two single scoops in waffle bowls. The first one was handed to me with no bowl underneath it, so I asked if I could get a bowl around the waffle bowl, and he responded, “Oh yeah, I guess we’re supposed to serve them like that…” which honestly was concerning. On top of that, these were the smallest single scoops I’ve ever seen. We also ordered two double scoops of the same flavor in bowls, and somehow those were even smaller than what most places would consider a single scoop. The whole atmosphere felt off. None of the employees seemed focused on customers at all. they were more interested in talking to each other. Then after the employee finished scooping our ice cream, he disappeared into the back and started eating ice cream himself. It really felt like customer experience was the last thing on anyone’s mind.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
