And Yesterday it maybe had one scoop of ice cream and the rest was milk, there wasnt even any chocolate chips??? And we had almost $20 orders every time. And there was no apology, he even tried to argue with me that milkshakes are supposed to be runny. Sure, they can be a little runny but when it has the viscosity of water I think there might be an issue. I dont know what the hell is going on at this location but you're better off avoiding it. Do not waste your money here.

The employee who scooped our ice cream made a strange comment when we walked up and were being polite, saying, “Oh, we’re being friendly today?” Apparently saying hi and being in a good mood was unusual somehow? We ordered two single scoops in waffle bowls. The first one was handed to me with no bowl underneath it, so I asked if I could get a bowl around the waffle bowl, and he responded, “Oh yeah, I guess we’re supposed to serve them like that…” which honestly was concerning. On top of that, these were the smallest single scoops I’ve ever seen. We also ordered two double scoops of the same flavor in bowls, and somehow those were even smaller than what most places would consider a single scoop. The whole atmosphere felt off. None of the employees seemed focused on customers at all. they were more interested in talking to each other. Then after the employee finished scooping our ice cream, he disappeared into the back and started eating ice cream himself. It really felt like customer experience was the last thing on anyone’s mind.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
