  Need more help to clear tables. Never once did she come to take our dishes or even say hi.

  I frequent this place about twice a month and I have to say today was the worst I have ever seen it. There were 3 of us seniors and the meal with a $3.00 tip came to $51 and some odd cents. The chicken was so dark and overcooked what little meat that was left inside was so dry you couldn't chew it. I took a thigh and it was so hard I couldn't get my fork in it. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the gravy was cool, thick, and had a terrible taste. Even the pizza was way overcooked and hard! I mentioned it to the lady clearing the tables and she said there was a new cook and a new manager. I should have asked for my money back, but I hate causing a scene. I doubt that the 3 of us will ever go back. We talked to 3 people outside from Illinois and they said they would never go back either. This used to be a good place, but not today!

  This location has continuously gone down hill every time we have visited. Most recently 9/18/26 we went for dinner and after we paid we went to get our food there was absolutely nothing and I mean NOTHING on both of the hot buffet sections. Not a single slice of pizza , breadsticks, no chicken ,pasta, sauce, tenders , wedges. We went back to the counter and ordered some pizzas since nothing was available on the buffet and nothing was really coming out. When the little bit food that did come out at a time it was swarmed on and gone instantly making us wait longer for any food. This is not the 1st time we have been to thia location and little to no food was available but it usually was restocked. This time it was not and never seemed to be properly addressed by staff/management. Lots of angry customers just standing around waiting for food to come out. We ended up leaving after barely getting any food. This location need some serious help the Lake Delton one seems to be way better of the two.

  We went to the baraboo location yesterday 9/19/26 Because the lake delton location has no ice cream. BIGGEST MISTAKE we have ever made. We spent 100.00 for 5 people to eat absolute garbage! Dried out pizza that was probably sitting there since noon. Empty plate dispensers and no dessert pizza. chicken was raw I think someone got sick out in the parking lot from it because there 2 massive puke piles in the parking lot, but the chicken tenders were rock freakin hard! No pizza choices hardly at all just a lot pepperoni and sausage. And 5hen by the time my husband was having dessert the ice cream machine is down not sure why. Oh and there were not nearly enough employees dirty plates all over stacked on people's tables. Not sure what what is going on with the Pizza ranches in our area but they really need DO BETTER!

  Price has gotten too high and the quality of food isn't as good. We were there at 2pm and selection wasn't as good, especially for pizza. Chicken had more batter on it than normal and you could tell things had been just sitting around since lunch time. Food didn't get replenished and wasn't very warm. Price has gotten too high for senior citizens. Living out of town, we can't always get there if they have a special 3 days of the week. Why can't it be run for every week day, not just 3. Probably won't be returning very often anymore.
