  Nothing was fresh, no one knew what was going on when we asked staff, Ice cream machine was down for the over an hour. Salad bar was sad, no lettuce, no dressing! It was very disappointing!

  I would suggest not doing any pick up orders/ TooGoodToGo orders at this specific location or if you do record it all because I’m sure it would gain views online; that’s how bad of service this place offers. I arrived within the pickup window, had just visited the exact location the day prior and had a great experience with a young female with long dark hair, as well as a manager with blonde hair and a blonde mustache. The box they gave me was FULL, to the brim and could barely close and they asked me if what they were giving me was okay. I was so happy! But this second night I was greeted by a rude young lady with blonde hair braided back, and a large gap between her front teeth. She rolled her eyes at me, acted annoyed because ultimately she had no idea what she was doing. Which is FINE, but why are you taking it out on a paying customer? She had a second girl “help” who was taller, dark hair with a pink nose stud. They laughed in my face about not knowing what to do, and that they couldn’t help me because they had no idea what to do. I said okay, and stood there awkwardly, until they came back with a tall young man from the back who proceeded to ask again what I wanted, and that well they don’t know how to do that. I told him well I was there the day prior no issues, I’ve already paid as well, can they find someone to figure this out? The girl with the blonde hair said “we don’t know where our manager is!” To which the girl with the nose stud said “oh he’s taking a shit! I mean… in the bathroom.” And all 3 of them started laughing hysterically. A 4th teenager with glasses walked up and asked the boy “hey do you know what your doing because it doesn’t look like it!” They laughed, and he said no he doesn’t. I asked her if she knew how to do this, and she laughed and said no. I told them they needed to go find their manager asap as it’s Mother’s Day, and I have 4 kids to feed. They continued to laugh, then disappeared behind the wall. The “manager” came up after waiting 15 minutes, asked what I wanted, while the girls snickered behind him and were biting their fingers, had their fingers in their mouths etc. I repeated again I was there for my order, he sighed and told the girls to follow him. The girls both then proceeded to get this food and tossed the box on the counter at me, and began to walk away. I opened it and was SHOCKED. It’s suppose to be a 18.99 VALUE, they had FULL COUNTERS. They day prior it was FULL. I called for the girls to come back, asked was their manager coming back up? The nose ring girl said “uh I’d assume so.” And rolled her eyes at me. I told her to go get him now. She rolled her eyes, and stomped away. The manager came back up, I showed him what they did and asked him did he not know what they did? He said “well what do you want! More food?” I said yes as it was suppose to be a $18.99 amount and this was clearly not, nor comparable to the day before. If they want to take leftovers home as well that’s fine, but I PAID for this. This location needs more training and those girls need to be reprimanded and taught how to act in these situations.

  The buffet was full and hot when we arrived tonight. The staff was friendly and attentive.

  Wow. This place has gone downhill. We arrived at 6:25pm. There was almost no pizza, no forks, no chicken, several items on the salad bar were out... including the dressing. We ordered a Tuscan Roma when we checked in at 6:25pm. It took over 40 minutes to get it. Despite being told it would be right up several times. I stood waiting for dressing for my salad for more than 5 minutes. The manager walked past, and didnt even bother to ask if I needed anything. I had to track down a busser and a cook, just to get dressing. For a while, half the pizzas were weird, hot-sauce concoctions. Terrible experience! What food we did get was good though.

  I eat the chicken not pizza. There is never any dark meat. Last 3 times. At this point I am convinced chickens no longer have legs. The potatoes are dry, biscuits are rock hard. I ate other things and the whole time we were there nothing was filled or swapped out. 6-7 pm . Do Chinese buffet rules apply to you now? Go at noon or don't bother.
