- SSSara SmithMay 8, 20261.0We had a group of 8 and we got there 730, they close at 9, mind you for my group of 4 it cost $71 There was no ice in the machines, barley any pizzas, ice cream machine out of order, no bacon bits , salad bin empty , cheese empty,sauce of noodle empty, no biscuits and there is much more that was empty and to top it off they had no forks like what and all they could say is they are washing. Worst experience ever and waste of money feel robbed!
- CMCassandra MApr 3, 20262.0They have outsourced their delivery to door dash. Don’t believe their order estimate times. 20-30 minutes will instantly turn to 1 hour as soon as you place your order. I only give two stars instead of one because their food is always fresh and hot. But I’m sure that will change as Pizza Hut corporate continues to slowly destroy their own brand.

The Madison location is an absolute nightmare, but Chloe did amazing under so much pressure and did an absolutely wonderful job after being talked to so poorly by other customers. She had no control over their complaints, as it was all about the manager and kitchen staff who all just walked out I guess? This location is 100% better simply because she’s there. I trust that a good worker like her comes from a good team, so this store much have a very pleasant staff.
