I had a hard time understamding her accent. I ordered 1 caramel sundae. The caramel was dark brown and had thick clumps. Asked for a new one and they put a new bag of caramel in the dispenser but didn't clear it before putting old caramel on my new sundae topping it off with the fresh stuff. I watched it all and she handed it too me anyway. I scooped the clumps up from under the good stuff and could not eat it. I won't stop here again.

Took 30+ minutes to get a mcflurry, and four different staff asked me why I was still sitting in the numbered spot, each was told the same thing, what I was wanting for, husband had to go in and get it for me

Our order was prepared correctly and in a timely fashion, but the iced coffee was not entirely filled and our ice cream cones were simply set on the counter without anyone telling us they were there. They were also set out before the rest of our order was ready, so they were pretty melty by time we were ready to head out the door. Having said that, we would visit again if we were in the area.

Honestly I've of the best McDonald's I've been to, never had a disrespectful or negative encounter. They do their job by the book. Yet if the see a mistake was made, there's no argument or rebuttal. Simply correction and a genuine apology. Real customer service 💯

This McDonald’s is horrible ‼️ the man in window with the most unnecessary attitude while on the phone (cell phone on his ear In between his shoulder) needs a new job because he obviously hates his current job. I ordered 2 large drinks with my meal and was given 1 large drink along with a medium drink, I kindly told him I had 2 large drinks the man proceeded to slam the door and walk away without even responding, then returned with my receipt to say I was charged for 1 medium and 1 large, I told him it was a mistake and I asked for 2 large drinks and would pay the difference. The man just rolled his eyes snatched the cup and returned with the large. Just an unnecessary unpleasant start to my morning ‼️
