    We were looking for a new place eat in Baraboo. My husband said let's go somewhere we've never visited. So we went to Jimmy John's. We were very happy with our meal. And we will return.

    We placed an order while visiting for a gymnastics meet. I just received a call from manager Carly apologizing for the delay and offering a credit for the inconvenience. Wow! I honestly didn’t even think it was taking too long? Just assumed 30-45min was normal for a delivery. Either way, the communication and customer service was excellent!!
