- LILeslie Infante6 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible! First of all there are 15 people in there but it’s absolute chaos. Manager is rude to her employees. I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso and a blueberry muffin. The drink was black and tasted like they used whatever leftover liquid from machines and just dumped it in a cup. So terrible. I’ve never tasted a drink so bad. On top of that I got a blueberry donut instead. And yes the correct order was on the receipt. Just got everything wrong.

The person handing drinks off had my drinks behind the counter for that 45 minute time, and they ran out of the donuts we ordered. We were left choosing from what few donuts were left. This is a donut store and they ran out of donuts on a Tuesday. Not sure if the franchisee knows this but his staff, although hard working, can't manage medium level workload on a Tuesday morning. I blame management and ownership for the failure of how this store is run. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Give people their donuts while they wait for the rest of their order. Just place the drinks on pick up counter don’t keep them behind counter
