We were never asked if there was a pizza we wanted. Dried up Pizza on the Buffet, Bowl of Marinara Sauce was dried up, no Ranch Dressing on the Salad Bar, Jalapeno's were put in with the black olives. Price was way to much for the food on the buffet. We had a 4 year old with us and we weren't given a cup with a cover. Child ended up tipping the glass and drenching himself in Lemonade.

We got there at 7:15 pm. They close at 8. We were aware of that. The girl at the cash register told us upon paying “we close at 8”. Got it. We got our food and we’re eating quickly- Then the same girl came around gave us a 15 min 10 min 5 min and a 1 minute “warning”. It was very over the top and uncalled for. Made it Very hard to enjoy dinner. Consider letting your paying guests finish their dinner in peace. The cooks were still bringing out fresh food at the 10 minute “warning”. So clearly they aren’t all on the same page! We’ve been there other time at this same time and never had an issue- but this experience will definitely keep up away in the future.

We decided to go to this location because of the arcade for our kids. The buffet was significantly smaller than the East side location. While they brought out fresh pizzas, it did take a while from when we first arrived. The person who checked us out was friendly, but everyone else could have really used a smile. They literally were walking around with angry looks on their faces. Someone came to our table only once. Our table was getting crowded. The arcade was disappointing. There are not many games and 4 or 5 weren’t working. Overall just not the best.

The Chicken is my favorite. I asked to have a meat lovers pizza and they did and it didn't last long wit me and the guys. Only thing that was missing is the stuffing, it's hardly ever available it seems. I did enjoy the salad bar, nice selection to choose from. Overall a great choice for lunch today.

Had lunch at the Ashwaubenon location yesterday and it didn’t sit well with me when that the lady working the arcade/tickets couldn’t and wouldn’t work any kind of deal or compromise to let my 5 year old nephew get a bottle of invisible ink he really wanted because he was TWO TICKETS short of the 40 tickets needed. 1st time I ever ate there and definitely the last time I ever plan to either
